Our services to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing will only operate when the weather and track conditions are safe for freedom walkers.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made by the client within 24 hours of departure 100% of the total booking fee will be lost.

All other cancellations incur an administration fee of 20% of the total booking

Dempsey Buses reserve the right to cancel any activity at any time due to conditions that would make the activity unsafe.

If Dempsey Buses cancel, clients will be refunded 100% of purchase price.
No refund will be given if the client cancels within 24 hours of departure.

No refund will be given to any client who fails to turn up for a confirmed booking.

All refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the booking.
